Hi,

For SPRs household, applicants of resale hdb must be legally married couple with Both SPRs of at least 3 years. Hdb loan & grant applies for citizens only. Thanks and hope to assist further.

Hi,

To purchase a HDB, you would need to be a legally married SPR pair, with no grants whatsoever as they are meant for citizens. As such, you may have to consider Private Property. The cheapest property is going for around $550k, with very minimal and affordable monthly installments. Good afternoon buyer,

As you are married, you have to purchase a resale HDB with your spouse. But as you mentioned he is a Malaysian thus both of you are not eligible under any HDB schemes.

If you decide to purchase a private property, you can repay the monthly mortgage installments by cash and CPF OA funds. There is no restriction stating you can pay by either one only.
