I am staying with parents as co-owner. Buying a new flat will have to transfer the shares of flat to parents. Parents already taken 2 HDB loan and on bank loan.Parents are 54 and 51 years old. got rejected from hdb for 3rd hdb loan even by appeal from MP letter. Any possible advise to get the loan and not involving any more people as co-owner
