I'm thinking of buying a 1 room apartment for rental investment. Recently, I viewed Mackenzie and Parc Sophia.

I'm quite impressed by the location but I'm worried that a 1 room apartment might be difficult to sell in future. Are my worries unfounded?

Hi...east coast area is a good location for good investment,..here i would like to take this opportunity to invite to this lovely unit that i have...more and more expats now have been touching down to singapore..and guess what, they need a place to rent which is more closer to the location of their work..almost all of them are working in the cbd area.a unit in Bayshore might be just perfect for them especially for those beach lovers..a newly renovated unit, high floor with a pool and city view wlll be just the right ingredients after a hard day of work.just a perfect ambience in a nice and cosy 2 bedroom apartment...this unit i mention is closing soon,..not to be missed for a viewing to make the right decision,u might one to consider for a 2 bedroom which i believe more couples or maybe more than a person can pay a better rental...do give me a call..thanks
