I intend to buy a 2-bedroom condo apartment. I would like to know what is the likelihood of reselling this unit? Would the size of the apartment and number of rooms limit the number of potential buyers?

Hi Elaine,

The key factor would be the location of your property.
Some investors will prefer 2 bedrooms apartments as it is easier to be rented out, hence its easier to reap the returns.
There are other factors that will affect the popularity of the property. Drop me an email on the area of interest or shortlisted projects and I will give you my own opinion on what i think would be a better buy and you can decide.
