Realistically speaking, it is still premature to talk about rental returns since Sturdee Residences has just launched not too long back.
Its neighbouring project at Kerrisdale has been commanding decent rental over the years, with my last transaction done at $3600 a month for a 2 bedrooms 990sqf unit almost 2 years back. Tenant was secured within 3 days of listing the property for rent and it has been consistently attracting tenants because of its ideal location.
Since you have already made the decision, I suppose you could sit back and shift your focus to other aspects of life as you can't change anything or sell the apartment now.
