Is it necessary for buyer going to seller home for photo taking before legal completion?

Hi Ms Leongho,

It is not a mandatory process but a rather usual request. Common reasons for that is to facilitate renovation/furnishing planning e.g. which wall to hack, if existing furniture could fit in or blend into the new home.

Other reasons could be to document the fixtures or fittings that are included as part of the sale.
