Afternoon Catherine,

The seller's agent is to protect the seller's interest. Reviewing anything, without being request upon, is against the seller's interest. If you asked and the seller's agent misled you, then it would be his fault. As a DIY buyer, you should be prudent of what you are suppose to do, check and prepare.
