I wouldn't be surprised if you are more well versed with knowledge for west side of Singapore than any of the salesperson and imalso won't be surprised if your prospective buyers are also more knowledgeable than us. With the accessibility of the internet, googling of information can be so fast that information can be more easily gathered. As a homeseller and subsequently purchaser, what you need is a salesperson who have extensive network to reach out to prospective buyers and sellers. On top of marketing your property through usual medias like propertyguru or paid advertisements through newspaper, what else can a salesperson do to reach out to the prospective pool of buyers who are willing to pay a premium for our place and outreach to a bigger pool of sellers that sometimes their unit for sale will not even surface out on the marketing media?
