Looking for an agent to sell my 4rm Hdb flat. Requirements: Not in hurry to sell but agent need to sell at market value and request to move out after 2mths to new place. Also, need advise if i should go for the exclusive agent deal or not. Looking for suggestions

I am Bryan from ERA. Exclusivity is good if you trust the agent. If you open it to a few agents to market your house, some agents might try their best to sell the lowest acceptable to you instead of highest they can worrying that they might not earn the commission from you, losing to other agents.
