Good morning,

Why would you wanna make your unit presentable for sales? Since it's empty, it will allow the buyers to physically feel and understand the sizing and what they can do with it. I have sold a couple of unit with out-dated and rundown interior. There are also limited 5 room point block unit within Bedok. Do feel free to contact me for further discussion.
