Hi, I am a Resell HDB Buyer. My fiance and I have found a unit myself and looking for an agent to represent us. Due to tight budget, we are only able to offer S$500~S$1000 agent fee for a unit we found on PropertyGuru. The seller has their own agent to represent them. Any nice agent who doesn't mind the humble commission, please pm me. Basically, what we need is some general financing consultation, processing of resale application, and the usual property agent duties as stated by CEA. Be nice and don't be mean. If you gonna reply me and give us lousy service, please don't come forth. We are nice people with a budget, we're not devils. Please try to understand :-)
