Hello, I am looking for any private condo below 500k, geylang area is fine, particularly interested in loft units. Im SPR with household income of 7k monthly. Two questions: 1) Saw agents putting up loft units for 470k, whats the catch in that? 2) Any private condo loft units below 500k available?

Hi, the cheapest unit at Geylang will be at Treasures @ G6 Condo and price is around 580k. Pls feel free to let me know if you wish to view the showflat.
