You are only eligible for HDB loan if your mother has not taken more than 2 loans from them. You do not qualify to be a sole applicant as you are not yet 35 years old and your salary must not exceed $3000 if you are applying under the single owner scheme.

You can confirm that by calling the HDB hotline at 68663066  .
