My age is 30 and can I buy BTO with my grandma age 77 years old ?

Hi
You will have to apply BTO with your fiance/fiancee or your parents. Cannot apply with grandparents, unless there are special circumstances such as both parents have gone missing or passed on, and you can try to appeal on this basis with hdb to purchase
with grandparent.
