My direct family and relatives are property speculators and frequently buy and sell. If i become an agent will i be able to be their agent or is there some clause that prevents me from handling properties from kins

Dear sir,

The only issue here is conflict of interest. Are you going to receive commission from your potential buyers or will your relatives be paying you?

This is where CEA is looking into eliminating such conflicts with the declarations which my fellow professionals have mentioned.
