my fren likes a HDB flat but he is now overseas.

He likes me to help make the offer to the seller agent as he is in overseas. But i am not agent. So how to help him to collect the OTP?

Hi, why don't your friend appoint a professional to assist him instead of you? It would have save him alot of trouble should any hiccup happen along the way.
