Good morning,

It is possible to put your unit for sales before MOP but the OTP can only be signed after 1 week from MOP due to the seller checklist requirement.
As for the rate of sales, it would depend on your unit location, level, condition, ethnic restriction and asking price. Even in today's market, I have managed to sold units within 2 weeks from marketing. But there are also cases where we need more than 2 months for any concrete offer to take place.
