Hi,

You can't list her as an occupier, if not she has to remove ownership from her current flat and/or sell the current flat. If you are purchasing on single scheme, you need not add her name in as long as you are 35 and above single SC.

Hi,

If you are above the age of 35, you can buy a HDB flat alone. Listing your mum as an occupier is not possible unless you mum intends to sell off her HDB flat.

Good evening buyer,

As your parents are married and considered single entity, it wont be possible for her to withdraw her ownership from existing property and be the essential occupier for your purchase. Under current HDB regulations, decoupling is not allowed. By doing so, they have to sell off their existing HDB.

You might have to make do with the singles grant if you are eligible.
