Hi, i wish to know if i can entitled to purchase another HDB. I currently co-own a HDB with my wife and am planning to transfer my share to my 30yo daughter. Am i then eligible to purchase another HDB?

Afternoon Steven,

THe answer is no. You and your wife are married hence HDB will see both of you as one entity. Hence transferring your owners to your daughter will not make any difference.
