My parents are divorce and my dad left the house to my mom. Outstanding loan are being service by me. Should i sell the house how much would be refunded to my mom cpf as only my dad has being paying the house since day 1.

Morning,

As per your statement, your parents are divorced and the unit have being assigned to your mum. This would mean that your mum have received an ownership transfer from your dad. Hence whatever, CPF have being used by your mum will be return to her CPF account, including interest.

Since I do not know the details, it would be good if we can discuss further.

Hi,

From your limited details, it is difficult to advise.

Does your mother has a singpass? If yes, can simply log in to her cpf account and the amount to be refunded will be displayed there.
