My spouse who is an Indo Chinses, wishes to purchase a condo around district 3 area.
As I'm currently a co-owner of an existing HDB flat and have yet to fulfil the MOP. The condo would be under her name.
We are looking to have a house of our own and would like to live near my parent so we are looking at condo around district 3, 3 rooms and ard 1million. Would it be possible or is there an other alternative.
