Need a reply from an experienced adviser, my client has taken twice for HDB concession with her husband, can she seek special approval to take up a 3rd HDB loan with her son due to hardship?? they are planning to sell off their 4rm flat in Serangoon worth 500k and move into another 3-4 rm budget at 400k.

Each singaporean entite upto 2 times subsidies HDB loan only and if you want to have 3rd subsidies loan for 3rd times , I dont think so unless you write in to the MP of the constituency of yr clirnt valid reasons subject to case to case approval??? Read More
