Please help..........! I have been property hunting since march but to no avail. I have placed offers to several owners but it's either a pull out or they keeps changing their asking price (much much higher than bank valuation). I'm really puzzled and is having doubts in their sincerity. Are they testing the market or it's greed driven again. Sigh..........
I really hope to get a freehold property (may it be apartment or landed) that is walking distance to Barker Road. May it be old or new, as long at has a miniumum built in of at least 1500sq.ft. Most importantly, it must be at bank valuation. I have tight budget, apartment at about 1.7mln plus minus and landed about 2.5mln.
I know that it is a tought match but I sincerely hope that there is someone out there able to assist on that.
