Goldenhill Villas was launched about 18 years back, a development by CDL so I was looking up online for any digital brochure available, which I cannot seem to find. I checked through my email and found 1 copy of layout plans but it only shows the attic level.

In essence, this is a 2 storey plus attic development. It has a guest room on ground floor but no helper's room, unless you are converting the store on 1st floor into the helper's room. Level 2 and Attic level itself each have 2 bedrooms. Both rooms on level 2 are ensuite while the rooms on attic level shares a common bathroom. There is also a family area on the attic level itself. Units in this development are bright as there is an airwell in the centre of the house.
