I wonder if we met at Latitude. I am a project specialist in Latitude itself.

It is not possible to get any further discount, even if yourself deal with the developer. Prices are fixed and already a reduction from our 1st launch. Caveats has shown that buyers bought at $2500psf onwards during the property peak in 2007!!

However, if you have had an existing property developed under Capitaland, or buy 2 units, we are able to give a further 1% discount.

Cosmopolitan and Rivergate is already asking at $1800psf now. And Latitude asking prices are from $1600psf onwards only!! And u get yourself away from the traffic and enjoy in a big landscape (125,000sqf) of your own.
