Recently I have come across 2 properties that we are interested in. May I check with you for the purchase of a freehold condo, is it more advisible to choose buy the one that is under construction or the one that has got TOP? Both are within our budget.

When you say under construction,how far off till TOP? Will developer still give you differed pmt/ interest absorption scheme?
