The valuation for my current unit in Sembawang (located just opp MRT) is due to expire in 6 days and we had just received an offer to buy my flat at value ($322K) altho I'm asking for cov of S$12K +/-(down frm $25K)....I'm in a dilemma now whether or not to accept this sole offer despite past 2 mths of mktg my flat without any solid offer yet. What is the likelihood that my new valuation may or may not be higher based on current resale mkt situation?
