Hi,

Typically it will take around 5-8 weeks, depending on the complexity of the case. This is provided you have sufficient CPF monies in your OA to refund the amount in the first place. May I know if you are purchasing an under construction condo or completed private property? It could work out differently. Thanks and hope to assist further.
