To Agencies,
Say the following timeline:
Feb, RES Exam
March RES Results, all pass
March, approach agency to apply for CEA registration and wait for CEA results (say for instance 4 to 6 weeks)
May, CEA Results and can start practising
While waiting during March to May for the CEA results, I should attend courses provided by the agencies.
That should get me some decent head start before practising property.
Preferably in May, I should be able to start practising
Will there be a difference in the timeline between part timers and full timers?
