Understand that foreigner has to pay 15% absd for getting a property in Singapore. What if a Singaporean PR transfer the property ownership to the foreigner, does absd still come in place? This is a scenario for an elder sister who is a spr, and a younger sister who is an EP holder (foreigner). Thanks!
