We are looking for another condo(2 bedroom) for investment. Price range around $650,000 to $700,000. Currently we are staying in a EC which is fully paid and more than 10 yrs. I would like to know how much can I loan for this new property and what is the monthly repayment amount. We are around 51 & 57 years old.

I hv contact on all banks, will be able to advise you which bank give u the best package and of couse ur eligibility and loan amount.
