Yes, you are right in terms of lift-upgrading, but that will also depends before your transaction has the previous owner being billed and paid up the upgrading fee.

Hi Cheng San,

You will not liable to pay for original lift landing units. And for upgraded lift-level flats, it very much depends on whether the current has been billed yet.

There also other factors in buying a flat u need to consider....ethnic group eligibility, etc..
