We are Singaporean Siblings (2 persons) who own EM HDB. Now, we have Cash of $120k. Salary is 3.3k each person. We would like to invest on any property (commercial or residential) with Rental Return with budget of $500k.(20% of purchase price) If comes to 40% of purchase price, it may be difficult. Please advise if there is any property with ROI at this market situation. Thanks
