We are thinking of upgrading to a condo in the east n e price is around $750k. We intend to sell our 5 room flat. We have 2 young kids and my hubby is e sole breadwinner (salary range around $8k). My concern is whether we'll be living beyond our means.

Hi Ms. Happyt,

Now is the best time to upgrade as the private property prices are dropping. Unless you are not selling your HDB, then I said you are living beyond your means. But if you are selling and upgrading, most people are doing that now.
