We are two sisters studying at NUS. Our agent has cheated us we don't know what to do. She seemed really kind and trust worthy so we signed what she gave us. But now we know that her agent price is two to three times what others pay. We want to renew lease but not through her. We signed a contract that says "Each time the tenancy is renewed...we will pay the agent" even if we don't renew in our name but one of us lives there we have to pay her 1) Where can we complain 2) How can we evade contract 3) What legal recourse does she have?
