We have a mutual agreement with the buyer and is witness by both party agent. After signing the form and collected $1k deposit. They didn't honor the agreement.and my agent told me although we have verbal agreement but they have the rights to follow the standard timeframe.my agent didn't inform me earlier and now seems I'm at disadvantage.is there any way to make sure they carry out as per mutual agreement? My agent is not protecting my interest at all.

Dear sir/owner,

I do not quite understand what you are trying to derive at in terms of the agreed timeframe. Is it an extended time frame that the buyer has requested for to exercise the OTP?
