We have recently moved in a new apartment that we leased for a term of 2 years. Three days after moving in, we have experienced serious bed bug bites. And after close examination, we found out the whole house is infested. Treatment for infestation ranges from 450-600SGD. There is nothing written in the contract about infestation and how to deal with it. We believe that as tenants that has just transferred, we should NOT be paying for the cost of the treatment. Our situation has gone worst. We don't sleep in our rooms anymore and we sleep in the licing room instead just to avoid sleepless nights and bites. Hope you can help us.
