We own a property at Blk 13 St George's road #16 floor and would like to know what is the estimate market valuation of our property now and how much above valuation can we sell at this time.

Hi Winnie,

Est bank valuation should be between $450k-$470K.
Past transaction: 11/15 floor $450k March'08
06/10 floor $466K Feb'09
11/15 floor $475k March'09

You might be able to ask up to $15k above value depends on your units condition and facing.

Best advice is to get a valuation report for your unit to as now HDB value seem to be going down because of most transaction selling below value now.
