Dear Koh,

It could be a case where some of these salesperson are taking sometime off their career having a holiday somewhere or perhaps if you have called on a weekend, they are really busy with appointments and have no time to pick up calls.

My 1st appointment today was 11am and last appointment was 8pm all back to back with not even proper time for lunch and dinner in between.

Dear Koh,

The only time ( happened twice) that I did not reply to a call and sms was when I was in the cinema.

My phone was set to silent.

Our job is such that most of the time, we are only able to watch the 9pm or midnight movie.

On both occasions, the call and sms came in at about 11pm, while I was in the cinema and least expect any queries.

I use online advertising and most of my clients are through referral, both local and oversea clients.
