what are the chances of getting a real estate agent license if I have a conviction which happened more than 5 years ago? (not related to fraud or money). would like to seek advice before signing up for the RES course.

Hi, in my opinion, as long as it is not fraud or money related, your chances is high. I suggest you write to CEA at the website below and at home page, at feedback, top right:
