What is a reasonable price to ask for 2 conserved freehold shophouses side by side, fully commercial but wooden flooring? Valuation done (fairly long, over a year ago) was at 5.5mill each... Exact location 770 & 772 North Bridge Road.I am looking at buying and selling shophouses at that area.
