what is the best way to invest in pte property? can we do it with S$100,000 cash? how to make money ?

Hi Sim,

It is possible to invest in pte property with S$100,000.

The most effective way is to take a bank financing up to 80 or 90%.

DBS for example is offering 90% financing at interest rate 2.5% average.
