Dear sir/madam,

Average rental we are looking at for these 2 projects is about $3200 a month. Furnishing options does play a part in the rental price by around $150, however, I would suggest that if the unit you are looking to rent out does not have any furnitures, do consider to let it remain as an unfurnished unit since following the existing tenant, you may have another tenant who have their own furnishings, thus removing the furnitures to another storage space will be additional costs.

Hi, rental is in the range of $3000-$3300, depending on facing, floor level and whether it is fully furnished.
