Good evening Sir/ Mdm,

It depends whether do you require a housing loan and how much can you loan.

If you intend to apply for a 75% loan, your 25% downpayment will be minimum 5% cash and the balance can be a mixture of cash and cpf.

You will have to fork out stamp duty in cash first if you are looking at resale condo.

Do you have any requirements or budget in mind for your purchase? So i will be in a better position to advise or propose suitable units.

Hope my sharing helps in aiding in your enquiry. May I know how can I value add further in your property needs?

Best regards,

YT Tan

5% at least, and you will need to pay the stamp duty in cash first before it is being reimbursed if you intend to use CPF.

Maximum loan allowed is 75% therefore balance 20% can be financed via CPF.

Hi,

1) The minimum cash to buy a condo is 5% of the condo purchase price.

2) However it is only valid based on the following factors:
(a) This is a new launched project
(b) Your funds in your CPF OA are sufficient for the following:
(i) 20% down payment
(ii) Buyer stamp duty and ABSD if applicable
(iii) Legal fees
(c) You informed your lawyer of the intention to make full use of the CPF for all the above payments at the time of signing the option.
(d) You are able to get the 75% LTV from the bank.

3) If you are buying a resale condo, then you will have to prepare the following cash:
(a) 5% down payment
(b) Buyer stamp duty and ABSD if applicable, then apply for remission upon completion.
(c) Legal fees
The above is only valid if you are able to receive 75% LTV of the condo.

Please give me a thumbs-up if the answer provided is relevant to your main concern. Thanks!!!
