when an agent A call up another agent B ask for cobroke a rental property, is there 2 possibility? 1. A will get comm from the tenant while B will just get comm from the Landlord/owner.? 2. Both A&B get comm from the landlord/owner, 50%/50%.? Both above 2 are called "cobroke" or just 2? Can anyone help to advise?? many thanks.

Dear sir/madam,

Both the above are applicable. What you need to bear in mind is that any commission payable by landlord or tenant should be agreeable between the salesperson and the client.

The word cobroke doesn't mean sharing of commission. It simply means that 2 salesperson can work together to close the transaction.
