When renting a co-brokered property, what are the typical terms of commission payment? Does the landlord split the commission between 2 agents? Does the tenant have to pay a comisssion too? If so what is the commission the tenant has to pay?

Hi,

If the tenant appoint an agent to help source for viewing unit, then yes agent commission is payable in this case.
