i m a PR here since 2008, my husband also a PR here & earning $2,000per month. i wish to buy a HDB unit (3 room + 1 living area), my income only $2,000, can i purchase? how much did i need to pay for the price of purchase an hdb?by how?

Hi Eyln,
You can ask In principle approval from banks, they will need your income and financial documents and will let you know the amount you are able to loan, then we can start searching for a flat within your budget
