1) my wife's a m'sian & has property in m'sia.will there be any diff in including her name in as co-owner?
2) i used to co-own a resale unit with my ex-wife(already disposed).i'm aware that i will hv to acquire resale unit to avoid being slap with the levy.d Ques. is,will there be any chance of me securing a loan via HDB again rather then from the bank?
3) is the bank interest figures fixed to the no. of yrs of loan?and the possibility of re-engaging d unit for rental out a.s.a.p(on long term basis)..
