5th Aug 2021 stay in and have 2 years agreement with landlord. For today 15 Dec 2021 have told me he want to increase rent up to $100 extra which cost 14% increased. And will effective on 1st Feb 2022. If no accept his proposition ,as tenant need to give one month notice back to landlord and shift?Did landlord breach my contract ? If yes what can I do next.i'm struggling .please help
