Second, depending on your family size and requirement, plus your financial capability, can we decide which room size is more suitable for your case.
Thridly, how much loan can be granted to you, with your current income status and age group?
Lastly, cheaper 3 room flats are available in parts of Bedok South, Circuit Road, Marsiling, Tanglin Halt Rd and Yishun area.

We have similar experience. The S&P process needs careful and confident planning in financial, timeline and
checklist especially HDB, CPF, bank and lawyer etc. Recently my client
'suddently' bought a dream condo while 'holding on' to a HDB flat. They needed
the extra 'funds' for the condo. Hence, after a series of planning, discussion and
